Shipping policy
All orders under $75 have a flat rate of $6 for shipping. Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more! All paid orders are processed within 24-48 business hours Monday through Friday (except for Holidays). Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. Shipping delivery times are out of our control and may vary depending on the mail carrier. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments from one or more of our locations based on item availability. Orders paid by e-check will not ship until the check clears. Priority Mail service is available through USPS and includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days (not counting your order date). These are estimated delivery dates provided by USPS. We have absolutely no guarantee or control over when USPS actually delivers, whether it be 1 business day or 3 business days.
Zinful Pleasures is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. Route+ insurance is an included service which protects your order from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME OR CLAIMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA OF THE PACKAGE INSURANCE COVERAGE.
Any orders returned due to an incomplete address provided by the customer will only be refunded for the cost of the items purchased only. A 5% restocking fee will apply. Shipping under these circumstances will not be refunded.
- Orders that are being shipped back to us at our Return Location typically happen because USPS is unable to deliver to the shipping address you provided at the time of the order. If the reason is due to an insufficient address, missing suite or apartment number, shipping location is gated with no access, mail forwarding, recent change of address or any reason that would prevent your order from being delivered, USPS will not contact you. Instead, they will simply forward the package back to us at our Return Location.
- Once we receive the package back unopened and in its original packaging, we will process a refund to you for the cost of the item minus the shipping and a 5% Restocking Fee.
- We do not auto-reship items that were returned due to customer's error on the shipping address. Shipping labels pull the shipping address information directly from the original order. Therefore, it is important to double and/or triple check the address you enter at the time of the order.
You are welcome to re-order your item(s) at any time. It is your responsibility as a customer to file any claims in a timely fashion as outlined in our policy above. Any claims made outside of the claim windows are null and void. Illegitimate claims will be denied and will possibly prevent you from ordering in the future.
